The domain and hosting must belong to the owner’s hand. The owner needs to keep the control panel, and should never lose the domain and hosting. So it is important to keep the control panel.

Renewal:
The user will receive email notification at the time of renewal from the hosting service. It is yearly basis. The user can renew online 1) Domain, 2) Hosting. Otherwise the domain, hosting and all the associated services will expire.

Website Contents:
You can send your contents to our email or whatsapp. If you do not have content, our content writer can write contents. If you do not have images, we will use free images or paid images. If you provide text contents, use original text, it will affect SEO and ranking of your site, no duplication, no copy, no plagiarism. If you do not have a logo, we can create a logo, it will be a simple one and contemporary (it is better to provide a logo from your side).

Images / Videos:
Never use any copyrighted images or videos. Use royalty free images and videos to avoid legal issues. We purchase from freepik.com or stock.adobe.com

Email:
Email setup will be free with the site .
SEO:
Basic SEO (Search Engine Optimization) will be free with the site.

Payment:
Above 24K: If the total payment is above 24000 INR, you can pay as two times. 50% as advance and 50% after the work is finished. The registration process will complete, and the site will go live after 100% payment is done.
Below 24K: If the total cost is below Rs.24000 INR, it will be one time payment. It is prepayment.
We accept different payment methods such as Bank Transfer, Paypal, Google Pay etc.

Extend Support:
User can extend the support yearly basis. After 1 year of free support, the user can extend support for the next year on a yearly basis. There will be a fee for extended support.

Money Back Policy:
If you are not satisfied with our work, we will give you a complete refund. This policy applies only if your project was cancelled within the 30 days of project sign up.
